The following comprises TASK SEVENTEEN and it needs to be completed by Friday 24th March.
- Read your new Study Buddy's latest draft of their Independent Study on paper.
- Annotate the essay, identifying spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors and highlighting anything that is unclear. Also, point out where they haven't followed correct referencing conventions.
- Evaluate the essay using the Module 5 marking criteria that you have used before. Write an overall comment at the end.
- List five things that they've done well. Try to comment on each of the five different assessment focii - research, key concepts, wider contexts, synoptic ability (issues/debates & theory) and writing.
- Then list five things that could be improved. (Again using the assessment focii).
You will also be given time in the lesson on Friday to discuss the essays and to provide verbal feedback to your Study Buddy.
